If the participant intends to build a booth, he must submit his booth design to the exhibition company one month before the start of the booth construction period and obtain its permit. Also, for each square meter of booth construction, he must deposit two hundred thousand rials to the account of the Khuzestan Exhibition Company as a guarantee for the evacuation of his booth; if the participant does not collect the booth within 24 hours after the end of the exhibition, the exhibition will collect the booth and deduct its cost from the aforementioned amount. Also, in addition to the above amount, he must deposit two hundred thousand rials for each meter of booth construction for electricity connections and a permit to carry out work in the exhibition complex. The permitted height of the booth is three meters, and in the event of a booth construction with an unauthorized height, a cash fine will be calculated by the exhibition expert and the booth builder will be required to pay it.
Implementation Instructions:
This instruction is specific to participants who have selected the booth construction or flooring option when registering and are not using a standard booth or are planning to use special structures or decorations inside their booth. It is necessary to refer to the exhibition organizing headquarters in person during office hours on the specified dates to obtain approval and construction permits.
1- The working hours for booth construction are from 8:00 AM to 22:30 PM, and the doors of the halls will be sealed one day before the exhibition. Therefore, participants who are directly building or decorating the booth are requested to plan according to the delivery date of the halls and the aforementioned hours and make the necessary arrangements in advance regarding the scheduling. Obviously, failure to comply with the schedule and causing any collateral damage to the organizer and the exhibition joint stock company will result in the withdrawal of the entire amount of the guarantee for the good performance of the work and the collection of the booth construction equipment from the organizer.
2- The organizer is authorized to accept or reject the executive qualifications of the booth construction contractors.
3- The organizer and the design and booth arrangement management of the exhibition joint stock company have the right to make any changes to the participants' plans, and deviation from the changes made to the plans gives the organizer and the exhibition joint stock company the right to demolish the construction in order to comply with the approved plan and regulations and to withdraw its costs from the guarantee for the good performance of the work and the collection of the booth construction equipment.
Required documents for obtaining a booth construction permit:
1- A written introduction letter for the booth construction contractor (booth builder) from the "participating" company stating the name of the booth construction contractor company and the booth construction engineer (the contact phone and mobile phone of the booth construction contractor engineer and the manager in charge of the booth construction contractor company are required in the introduction letter.) It is required that the booth construction contractor be selected from the list of booth construction contractors approved by the Exhibitions Joint Stock Company.
2- The executive drawings measured in A3 and A4 sections must be submitted in three color copies (including a plan, with a scale of one hundredth, elevation, perspective and technical detail drawing) stating the maximum height and materials used for construction. The design identification document including: the title of the exhibition, the name of the "participating" company, the name and specifications of the designer and design institute, and the date of design are required in the drawings.
