A) General Regulations:
- Payments made by participants are non-refundable. This clause applies to all subsequent provisions and at all stages of registration and exhibition execution.
- Iranian representatives of foreign companies and Iranian suppliers of foreign goods or brands are required to pay the foreign exchange rate fee. If an applicant exhibits both Iranian and foreign goods, the portion of the booth allocated to foreign brands must be registered at the foreign exchange rate. Displaying foreign brands without payment of the corresponding fee will result in closure of the booth.
- All payments at every stage must strictly adhere to the proforma invoices issued by the Exhibition Organizing Committee and must exactly match the specified amounts. If the applicant pays more than the invoice amount or is allocated a smaller booth area than applied for, any overpayment is non-refundable.
- If the signed and stamped official terms and conditions form is not received by the Organizing Committee or the proforma invoice has expired, any payments made shall not guarantee booth allocation and are strictly non-refundable.
- If any of the regulations are violated—including the provision of false information in registration forms (e.g., company nature, goods/services, technical details affecting booth construction, such as interest or disinterest in booth building), displaying unregistered products, or exhibiting foreign brands without payment of the foreign exchange fee—the Organizing Committee reserves the right, at any stage, to cancel the application or seal the booth. Should the applicant withdraw from booth construction or add foreign brands, they must notify the Committee prior to booth assignment; otherwise, the terms of this clause will be enforced.
- In the event of rescheduling or cancellation of the exhibition, Khuzestan International Exhibition Company holds no liability for any potential losses incurred by participants.
- Insurance coverage for all personnel present in the booth—including administrative staff, construction and implementation teams, and service personnel—is the responsibility of the applicant (exhibitor). The Exhibition Company bears no liability in this regard.

B) Regulations Concerning Participation Procedure:
- The Organizing Committee reserves the absolute right to accept or reject applications.
- Applicants relevant to the exhibition’s theme must complete the following in order:

C) Operational Regulations:
- The allocation of booths and their areas is at the sole discretion of the Organizing Committee. Requested area and location will only be considered as feasible for maximizing participation.
- In Oil & Building exhibitions, only bare space without any framework, partitions, fascia, or equipment will be provided. Booth construction is entirely the responsibility of the applicant. Electricity supply will be provided to all booths.
- The applicant must submit the booth design, technical details, and the information of those responsible for its construction and installation no later than one month before the event. Otherwise, even if all documentation and payments have been completed, the Committee reserves the right to reallocate the booth to the waiting list in order to maintain exhibition quality. Additional booth construction regulations can be found at the provided link.
- If a booth is not completed at least 12 hours before the exhibition opening, the Committee reserves the right to seal the booth.
- Companies requiring heavy equipment (crane, forklift), structures taller than two meters, three-phase electricity, or booth designs exceeding 3.3 meters in height must notify the Committee in writing or via the registration form and obtain the necessary approvals; otherwise, the Exhibition will not be responsible for delivering the required services.
- Applicants may not exchange or transfer their booth to another party, nor may they close their booth during visiting hours.
- Any intentional or unintentional damage to the facilities and structures, or littering in aisles and public areas by the exhibitor, will result in claims for damages by the Exhibition.
- Display of goods and advertising outside the booth is prohibited. Advertising outside the designated booth area, misuse of audio systems, or professional content production including news and video reports without prior approval from the Exhibition’s Public Relations Department is strictly forbidden.
- Booth managers and staff are required to observe Islamic values, ethical standards, and appropriate attire throughout the exhibition, and comply with all provisions of Official Notice No. 12/51/1141, dated 03/11/1386, from the Khuzestan Law Enforcement Public Places Supervision Office.
- Security of booth equipment, from 15 minutes before the halls are unlocked until they are sealed again, is the sole responsibility of the exhibitors.
